Change of mind
Due to the digital nature of our products, The Savvy Bookkeeper "Savvy" does not provide a refund of any, or all, of the Fees paid for any Product if the customer has changed simply changed their mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided they did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
Rectification of minor problems
Savvy takes every measure to ensure we deliver Products and Services which are of an acceptable quality that would normally be expected for the type of product and price point.
Occasionally, our digital products or online descriptions may contain minor human errors, typos or mistakes. Where possible, we will correct these mistakes free of charge, as long as you notify us in writing within 28 days of original purchase, with details of the mistakes you would like fixed, if your Product/s or Services/s:
- do not exactly match descriptions made by Savvy including our staff, website or online shop descriptions, and in promotions or advertising
- are not fit for the purpose Savvy told you it would be fit for and for any purpose that you made known to the business before purchasing
- have not been provided with acceptable care and skill or technical knowledge and taking all necessary steps to avoid loss and damage
- are not delivered within a reasonable time frame
Major problems
A major problem occurs when the Customer believes the Product or Service does not meet the following criteria. If any of the following take place you must contact us, outlining the major problem in writing within 28 days:
A product, good or service has a major problem when:
- it has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you'd known about it
- it is significantly different from the sample or description
- it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
- it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
- it is unsafe or creates an unsafe situation
Rectifying issues
We will attempt to rectify any problems which don't meet the above criteria. And; if the issue can not be rectified within a reasonable time, or if the cost to Savvy, to rectify the issue exceeds the cost of a refund, we will issue a refund.

Services and program terms
In addition, all Services, including but not limited to Programs, PandaDoc Template Set Up and/or customisiation, Web Design, Courses, Masterclasses and Coworking, are each subject to their own Terms & Conditions, and anything written in your signed agreement overwrites the Policies stated here on this website.
Guarantees
All our Products and Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Some individuals Products and Services may come with their own guarantees. Please refer to the Product description or Service Terms & Conditions for more information.
